In early July, our Lelle 22 commercial building was awarded the internationally recognised BREEAM certification with a Very Good rating, an excellent result.
BREEAM is the world’s leading and longest-established sustainability assessment method for buildings. It evaluates factors such as a building’s environmental impact, energy efficiency, occupant wellbeing and technical performance. The certification is a mark of high quality, responsible thinking and a commitment to a greener future.
Located at the junction of Järvevana Road and Pärnu Road, the sustainable Lelle 22 building is now widely known as the Eesti Energia building. Eesti Energia is its largest tenant, alongside Matek, Lasita and Metsa, a lunchtime restaurant.
The 14-storey Lelle 22 commercial building offers approximately 10,000 m² of leasable space. It is the second property in our commercial real estate portfolio to hold a valid BREEAM certificate. Last year, our commercial property in Riga, with Luminor as an anchor tenant, received the same recognition.
The BREEAM certification confirms that Lelle 22 meets internationally recognised sustainability standards and provides a high-quality, well-functioning environment for both its occupants and the surrounding community.
