{"id":8040,"date":"2024-03-28T11:27:17","date_gmt":"2024-03-28T08:27:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.colonna.ee\/?p=8040"},"modified":"2024-03-28T11:49:51","modified_gmt":"2024-03-28T08:49:51","slug":"nordic-real-estate-forum-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.colonna.ee\/en\/nordic-real-estate-forum-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Nordic Real Estate Forum 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Real estate leaders and investors gathered on 27.03.2024 at the panel round of the Nordic Real Estate Forum, the leading real estate forum in the Nordic and Baltic countries, to discuss the most important real estate topics at the moment.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Roberto de Silvestri, member of Colonna&#8217;s board and head of investor relations, participated in the discussion.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The topic of the discussion was &#8220;How do we cope when the era of Cheap Money won\u00b4t (ever) come back?&#8221;
