been carried out, as a result of which the rental spaces have been made smaller, meeting the more flexible demands of today&#8217;s working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" renovation work on the third floor of the Hobujaama 4 office building began in response to the changing needs of the rental market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Market trends show a clear move towards smaller office space as businesses value flexibility and cost efficiency. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Therefore, the renovation project has focused on this aspect, making the
