    Colonna Capital completes the purchase transaction of Pärnu Road 139c

    Marek Õunamägi, the board member of Colonna Kinnisvara said that MUPO building attracted the interest of the investors due to its lessee as well the building’s strategic location. “Colonna Kinnisvara has several City of Tallinn’s and Central Government’s offices as their clients in its portfolio. High-quality lessees are a valuable asset especially in today’s economical environment,” he added.
     
    In short term, Colonna plans to grow its activities both by enlarging the business real estate portfolio as well as by its own development projects. Colonna Kinnivara’s latest transaction was the purchase of two buildings in the Old town of Tallinn, Rataskaevu Street 2 and Lai Street 6.
     
    Colonna Kinnisvara mostly intermediates professional investors’ capital investments in real estate projects in Estonia.  Colonna’s skilled team is entrusted to daily manage and administrate the assets in the Colonna’s portfolio.
     
    Currently Colonna Kinnisvara manages the portfolio of more than twenty different real estate projects. Since 2010, the company has become more active with purchase transactions. The main activities of Colonna Kinnisvara include the development of business and residential real estate projects with a rental income. Colonna Kinnisvara’s team has been operating in the Estonian real estate market since 1998.
