Marek Õunamägi, the board member of Colonna Kinnisvara said that MUPO building attracted the interest of the investors due to its lessee as well the building’s strategic location. “Colonna Kinnisvara has several City of Tallinn’s and Central Government’s offices as their clients in its portfolio. High-quality lessees are a valuable asset especially in today’s economical environment,” he added.
In short term, Colonna plans to grow its activities both by enlarging the business real estate portfolio as well as by its own development projects. Colonna Kinnivara’s latest transaction was the purchase of two buildings in the Old town of Tallinn, Rataskaevu Street 2 and Lai Street 6.
